IMPORTANT Our consultation groups have two ticket options.

Ticket 1 is for participants who want to Present

  • Presenters are required to bring video-recorded clips from their clinical work to receive moment-by-moment feedback from an EFT expert.
  • There are 5 spots available per group Presenters/Ticket 1

Ticket 2 is for those who would like to Observe 

  • Clinicians who are not ready to present their own clinical work can join consultation groups as observers at a reduced cost.
  • There are up to 5 observer spots
Consultation groups are closed groups and follow a fixed schedule. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, the missed session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, recorded, or made up. 
The Greenberg Institute of Emotion Focused Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation group or individual session when necessary. If a session is cancelled by the Greenberg Institute and cannot be rescheduled, participants will have the option of receiving a prorated refund for the cancelled session or a credit toward another Greenberg Institute training or consultation offering.

What we Offer

We offer small-group, video-based EFT consultation focused on participants’ clinical work. Groups include up to 5 presenters and 5 observers and meet live online for 10 bi-weekly, one-hour sessions. Each presenter receives two dedicated sessions to present recordings of their therapy.  Groups provide opportunities to:

  • Receive direct feedback on your session from experts in the field of emotion and psychotherapy
  • Develop the use of EFT micro-skills and micro-interventions 
  • Improve the ability to recognize and respond to clients’ moment-by-moment emotional processes 
  • Receive guidance on challenging therapeutic moments, case formulation, and EFT interventions 
  • Learn by observing detailed consultation and discussion of other therapists’ clinical work 
  • Complete eligible direct supervision hours toward recognition as an EFT Therapist by isEFT 

Participation Requirements

Groups are open to therapists at any stage of their EFT learning. Level 1 training is required for Presenters, who are also required to bring video clips from their clinical work for review. There are no training requirements for Observers. 

Group Structure

  • Live online format 
  • 10 one-hour sessions, 1 case reviewed per session 
  • Bi-weekly meetings on a set day 
  • 5 presenters per group 
  • 2 guaranteed consultation slots for each presenter (valid for certification) 
  • Up to 5 observers per group (observers do not present videos)

Presenters

Presenters are required to bring video-recorded clips from their clinical work to receive moment-by-moment feedback from an EFT expert.  
Each presenter is guaranteed two opportunities during the 10-session group to present their clinical work and receive direct video consultation. These hours can be applied toward the direct EFT supervision requirements for isEFT certification, subject to isEFT certification criteria. 
Presenters also participate in all 10 sessions, providing an opportunity to learn from the consultation of other clinicians. Through exposure to a range of clients and therapeutic processes, participants can deepen their understanding of EFT case formulation, emotional processes, therapist micro-skills and micro-interventions, and the clinical decisions involved in facilitating emotional change. 

Observers

Clinicians who are not ready to present their own clinical work can join consultation groups as observers at a reduced cost. Observers have an opportunity to learn from colleagues as well as from Dr. Greenberg’s expert feedback, but do not present their own cases or receive direct supervision on their clinical work.

Pricing

Presenters: $690 + applicable taxes ($69 per session)
+ $200 credit toward our workshop and masterclasses*
 
Includes participation in all 10 consultation sessions and 2 guaranteed opportunities to present clinical video and receive direct EFT consultation that can be applied toward isEFT supervision requirements.  
 
Observers: $490 + applicable taxes ($49 per session)
+ $100 credit toward our workshops and masterclasses*
 
Includes participation in all 10 sessions as an observer. Observers do not present clinical video or receive direct EFT supervision hours toward certification. 
 

Refund/Cancellation Policy
